Today we celebrated our beloved Grandma Pat reaching 85 years of abundant life. We are so so very blessed to have this wonderful woman in our family and our lives, praying for us all daily, teaching us, laughing with us, hugging and playing with us, still cooking the family favorites for holidays (wild rice, hullupches, lefse, rosettes, 7-layer salad, and of course her famous chex mix and peanutbutter-blossom cookies). Relatives from all over the country converged on her little house this afternoon and so much joy was shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was so blessed to catch up with Paul’s beautiful cousins. They were so encouraging about my weight loss progress, and just love-bombed me to pieces. I’ve been glowing every since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I loved being able to bop around with my camera and capture some of the conversations. What a lot of photogenic family we have! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks be to God for family, fellowship, and most of all today, Grandma Pat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
