Saturday, being the day after my excursion to the hospital, was not a day for me to go hupping around in the hills of Prescott. However, Paul and Laurent, together with Efrain and Ruben and Nyx and Rupert, all bundled themselves into her little Toyota and traveled a little bit north to a little bit higher and a little bit cooler terrain, and had themselves a hike around Watson Lake, one of Arizona’s iconic landscapes. I would have Paul give you a detailed and dramatic telling of their sojourn; however, apparently it didn’t go so well for Ruben, who was suddenly and inexplicably very concerned about the bugs, and possibly other elements of nature. In any case, it was a very beautiful place for a walk. 10/10 recommend, if you can handle a little climbing.
