Ruben came home bubbling over with excitement on Wednesday. His teacher had allowed the students to accrue points they could use as “dollars” to be spent in her treasure store. He couldn’t wait to show me the treasures he had chosen – a whole collection of sea shells!
Besides taking sea shell photos, I did the usual school drop off and pick up driving today at both Maryvale and GCC. In between I worked very hard to find, watch, understand, and apply what I learned from You Tube about optimal Canon EOS R6 camera settings for sports photography. Natalie had come home from taking soccer photos on Tuesday with a memory card full of blur, and it was my fault. I muffed the settings dismally. So I watched, I learned a lot, changed a bunch of settings on my camera, and this evening sent Natalie off to photograph some girls and boys basketball games. Here’s hoping things turn out better this time.
